Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Program
The Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Program, established by the federal Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1981, is a vital initiative that helps low-income households gain the skills, knowledge, and motivation needed to achieve self-sufficiency.
